General Conditions & Cancellation Policy
A: GENERAL CONDITIONS
• All rates are inclusive of 5% service charge and 10% Value Added Tax (VAT)
• All rates are non-commissionable.
• The agreed rates are exclusively for the leisure market
• All rates are inclusive of the agreed mentioned services. All extra services are subject to additional charge
• All rates are based on availability
B: CANCELLATION FOR TOUR PACKAGE
a) If you cancel 30 days prior to your trip's departure date, your payment will be fully refunded
b) 50% of your payment will be charged for canceling prior to 7 days
c) 100 % charge for cancellation later than 24hrs.
C: CANCELLATION FOR HOTEL ROOM RESERVATION ONLY
a) Free! If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
b) If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
